We hold our garments to the highest standard, and we want you to be entirely satisfied with your KSM Atelier experience. We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.
How to Return
Initiate Request
Email Info@ksmatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Package Item
Place the garment in its original KSM packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.
Ship & Refund
Drop off the package. Once inspected, your refund will be issued.
1. Eligibility and Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
- 1. You must notify KSM Atelier of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been accepted, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of your return notification.
- 2. The garment must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfumes, makeup, or other signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
- 3. All original KSM Atelier tags, care labels, and any certificates of authenticity must remain attached.
- 4. Whenever possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit.
- 5. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a deduction for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2. Refunds & Processing
Quality Inspection
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the garment. This takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Timeline
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
