We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Custom garments are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Email Info@ksmatelier.com with your order number. Our team will confirm your return request and provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after inspection.

To preserve the exceptional quality of our fabrics, we recommend washing at 30°C without spinning or tumble drying. Refer to the care label sewn inside each garment for detailed instructions.
